Extended Information The Scottish stations physically located on the line include Dunbar, Drem, Longniddry, Prestonpans, Wallyford, Musselburgh, Edinburgh Waverley, Haymarket, South Gyle, Edinburgh Gateway, Dalmeny, North Queensferry, Inverkeithing, Dalgety Bay, Aberdour, Burntisland, Kinghorn, Kirkcaldy, Markinch, Ladybank, Springfield, Cupar, Leuchars, Dundee, Broughty Ferry, Balmossie, Monifieth, Barry Links, Golf Street, Carnoustie, Arbroath, Montrose, Laurencekirk, Stonehaven, Portlethen and Aberdeen, although intercity services stop at few of these stations. Notable structures on the Scottish section of the ECML are the Calton Tunnels, St. Margaret's Tunnel, Dunglass Viaduct, with the Haymarket Tunnels, Forth Bridge, North Queensferry Tunnel, Inverkeithing Tunnel, Kinghorn Tunnel, Tay Bridge, Camperdown Tunnel, Ferryden Viaduct and South Esk Viaduct on the Edinburgh- Aberdeen section.
