Reflections comprises a tiled seat located at Carnach on the southwest coast of North Uist, overlooking the northern end of the island of Baleshare. It is the work of sculptor Colin Mackenzie and was installed in 1999, part of the Road Ends Sculpture Project promoted by Taigh Chearsabhagh Museum and Arts Centre in Lochmaddy. The concrete seat is intended to echo its natural surroundings, wrapped around the natural rocks and with tiles coloured to reflect the sea, sand, sky and moorland. It forms part of the Uist Sculpture Trail.
