An area of coniferous woodland in Strath Ardle, E Perth and Kinross, Blackcraig Forest lies to the west of the River Ardle, between Ballintuim and Bridge of Cally. The Cateran Trail passes through the forest, which cloaks the flanks of Blackcraig Hill. Red squirrels and Roe Deer are amongst the faunal species which can be observed here.
