A mountain of W Aberdeenshire, Cairn Vachich rises to 651m (2135 feet) a mile (1.5 km) west northwest of Geal Charn and 2 miles (3 km) north of Corgarff. On its northeastern slopes is the source of the Meikle Fleuchat, which flows northeast to fall into the Ernan Water.
