Beinn a' Chochuill

Rising to a height of 980m (3215 feet), Beinn a' Chochuill is a Munro located east of Loch Etive and north of Loch Awe, in the Lorn district of Argyll and Bute. Lying 6 miles (10 km) east of Taynuilt, it is part of a long ridge connecting Loch Etive to Glen Strae and has a pyramidal form. Its name is Gaelic for "hill of the hood". Cruachan Power Station is situated 4 miles (6 km) to the southwest.
