Strath Dores

A small valley that lies alongside the northeastern end of Loch Ness, from which it is separated by a low ridge, Strath Dores extends northeast from Dores Bay to Scaniport. Several farms are to be found in the valley and areas of forest also encroach, particularly Darroch Wood.
