Craigsanquhar Country Estate

A Baronial mansion which now serves as a country house hotel, Craigsanquhar House is located 2 miles (3 km) northwest of Dairsie and 4 miles (6.5 km) north northeast of Cupar. The house was the work of William Burn (1789 - 1870) for Nathaniel Spens, whose family had owned the Craigsanquhar estate since the 14th century. The family sold both house and estate in 1925.

Surrounded by 14.5 ha (36 acres) of garden and woodland, the hotel has been developed since the late 1990s and now offers luxury accommodation in thirteen bedrooms.
