A sizeable uninhabited rocky islet situated amongst many others at the mouth of Loch nan Ceall in the Arisaig district of Highland Council Area, Am Fraoch-eilean lies 3 miles (5 km) west of the village of Arisaig. The larger Luinga Mhor lies quarter-mile (0.4 km) to the northwest.
