Ale Water

The smaller of two rivers of the same name in the Scottish Borders, this Ale Water forms from headstreams on Coldingham Moor in the east of the council area and flows southeast for 7 miles (11 km) to become a tributary of the Eye Water a mile (1.5 km) south southwest of Eyemouth.
