Tower Burn

A stream of the NE Scottish Borders, Tower Burn forms from the Heriot Water at an ill-defined point before reaching the Tower Bridge, a mile (1.5 km) southeast of Cockburnspath, which conveys the A1 Trunk Road over its waters. It then passes the ruin of Cockburnspath Tower - which gives the stream its name - before descending through Tower Dean to fall into the Pease Burn a mile (1.5 km) southeast of Cove.
