Mill Burn

A stream in Inverness (Highland), the Mill Burn issues from the dam at Milton of Leys (Castleton Village), where it once powered a corn mill and a sawmill. It draws headstreams from Drummossie Muir to the south. It then flows north through the Culcabock and Millburn districts of Inverness to fall into the Moray Firth, 1¼ miles (2 km) southeast of Longman Point. It provided the water for the Millburn Distillery which operated between 1807 and 1985.
