Floddaymore


(Flodaigh Mor)

An island at the east end of the channel which separates North Uist from Benbecula, Floddaymore (Gael: Flodaigh Mor) rises to 28m (91 feet) off the remote southeast coast of North Uist, immediately to the east of the larger island of Ronay and 2½ miles (4 km) northeast of Kallin on Grimsay. The island has three lochans.
