Bishop Forest Hill

A prominent summit in Dumfries and Galloway, Bishop Forest Hill rises to 392m (1286 feet) a mile (1.7 km) north northeast of Glenkiln Reservoir and 7½ miles (12 km) west northwest of Dumfries. There are several false summits, but the true summit is marked by a triangulation point, and the Covenanters' Monument and Communion Stones provide an interesting diversion on its eastern slopes.
