A modest elongated hill on the west coast of the Rhins of Galloway (Dumfries and Galloway), Knockgour rises to approximately 80m (262 feet) behind cliffs, a mile (1.5 km) southeast of Larbrax and 1¼ miles (2 km) northwest of Knock & Maize.
