Loch Doule


(Loch Dughaill)

A loch of Wester Ross, Loch Doule (or Doughaill) is an expansion of the River Carron, which is located 5 miles (8 km) northeast of Loch Carron. The A890 road and a branch of the Highland Railway, which extends to Kyle of Lochalsh, run along its northwest shore. Achnashellach Station lies a quarter-mile (0.5 km) to the northeast.
