The Bennan Loch Reservoir is located 4 miles (7 km) southwest of Eaglesham and a half-mile (1 km) west of the Ballageich Hill in East Renfrewshire. Recorded on the First Edition Ordnance Survey map (1863) as Binend Loch, the reservoir is now home to the Bennan Angling Club.
