Deskry Water

A stream in the E Grampians, Aberdeenshire, the Deskry Water rise in the hills to the south of Strathdon on the slopes of Morven. It flows 9 miles (14 km) northeastwards past the Forest of Bunzeach and forms a loop before joining the River Don at Deskry. The Deskryshiel Lodge lies by the Deskry Water at the foot of Birk Hill.
