Breaker Hill

A forested summit in the Carrick district of South Ayrshire, Breaker Hill reaches a height of 237m / 777 feet, a mile north of Poundland and 2 miles (3 km) northwest of Pinwherry. The rocks here are of the Balcreuchan Group, part of the Ballantrae ophiolite complex, an unusual preserved slice of ocean crust.
