Bagh a' Chnoic Mhaoileanaich


(Bàgh a' Chnoic Mhaoileanaich)

A sand-filled bay which forms the southern entrance to the Erraid Sound between the Ross of Mull and the island of Erraid in the Inner Hebrides, Bagh a' Chnoic Mhaoileanaich. Its entrance is approximately 770m (2500 feet) across and is partially blocked by the small islands of Eilean Dubh and Am Baisteir, together with several rocks. There are several more islets and rocks within the bay.
