A small sand-filled bay located immediately to the west of Hound Point in the NW of the City of Edinburgh, Peatdraught Bay lies 1½ miles (2.5 km) east northeast of South Queensferry. The tanker berths of the Hound Point Oil Terminal lie offshore.
