Lochan Hatravat


(Lochan Atrabhat, Lochan nan Atrabhat)

A small loch in Central Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, Lochan Hatravat (Gael: Lochan Atrabhat, also Lochan nan Atrabhat) lies a half-mile (0.8 km) northeast of Loch Langavat and 5 miles (8 km) north of Tolsta. It is surrounded by shielings and has a dam at its northern end, from which issues the Feadan Mor and a mill-stream which leads to the River Dell.
