Loch Long

A modest sea-loch of Wester Ross, Loch Long meets the larger Loch Duich to form Loch Alsh. The hamlet of Ardelve lies on its western shore at its mouth and Dornie lies opposite. It is 4 miles (7 km) in length and never more than a quarter-mile (0.5 km) wide. Glen Ling and Glen Elchaig meet at its head.
