A narrow inlet of North Bay on the east coast of Barra in the Outer Hebrides, Bay Hirivagh (Gael: Bagh Thiarabhagh or Bagh Shiarabhagh) 4¼ miles (7 km) northeast of Castlebay. It has the settlement of Northbay (also known as Bayhirivagh) at its head and the hamlet of Ardveenish, with its pier and fish processing factory, on its northern shore.
