A cliff face of metamorphic schist overlooking Glen Feshie from within the Inshriach Forest of Badenoch, Farletter Crag (Gael: Creag Far-leitire) lies 2 miles (3 km) south of Kincraig. The crag is popular with climbers and most of the forty-nine routes to the top are bolted to allow ropes to be secured. Mountaineers and adventurers Myrtle and Hugh Simpson lived in a cottage close to its base.
