Fionn Bheinn

(Fionaven)

Located south of Loch Fannich and north of Achnasheen in the Ross and Cromarty district of Highland Council Area, Fionn Bheinn, or Fionaven, rises to a height of 933m (3061 feet), qualifying as a Munro. There is an Ordnance Survey triangulation pillar at its summit, which overlooks the corrie of Toll Mor to the northeast. It features smooth grassy slopes to the south and steeper craggy flanks to the north, while its name is derived from the Gaelic for "pale coloured hill".
