A summit on the southeastern flank of Broad Law in the N Scottish Borders, Peat Hill lies between the Tathieknowe Burn and Heckle Burn, a half-mile (0.8 km) northwest of Carcant. Two of the turbines of Carcant Wind Farm lie on its northern slopes.
