Queen's View

From the high vantage point of the Queen's View in the heart of the Tay Forest Park there is a spectacular view westwards to Schiehallion along the full length of Loch Tummel. Situated 4 miles (7 km) west of Pitlochry, the Queen's View has, in addition to the viewpoint, tourist facilities including an exhibition on Scottish forestry. Although the site was visited by Queen Victoria in 1866, the name is much older.
