Kincardine Castle

More a mansion house than a castle, Kincardine Castle was built in the 19th Century on the Ruthven Water, a mile (1.5 km) south of Auchterarder in Perth and Kinross. To the southwest of the building lies the ruined remains of the old castle, a 14th century keep which was dismantled in 1645.
