Meall Garbh and Beinn Nan Easchan

Located on the Northern shoulder of Ben Lawers on National Trust for Scotland land in Perth and Kinross, Meall Garbh rises to a height of 1123m (3685 feet). It is classified as a Munro and its summit is marked by a cairn. The western face overlooks Lochan nan Cat. Its name originates from Gaelic and means "rough hill". There is another Meall Garbh, which is also a Munro, only 5 miles (8 km) to the north.
