Saucel Hill

A modest summit that lies just to the south of the centre of Paisley in Renfrewshire, Saucel Hill rises to 42m (137 feet) offering excellent views over the White Cart Water, the Anchor Mills and Paisley's other historic buildings beyond. There is an Ordnance Survey triangulation pillar at the summit and the hill is occupied by Saucel Hill Park. A railway line curves around its northern slopes to reach a terminus at Paisley Canal Station.
