Saucelhill Park

Lying within a residential area a half-mile (0.8 km) southeast of the centre of Paisley, Saucelhill Park is the most central of the town's hilltop parks. The rolling grass of this urban greenspace spreads over the summit of Saucel Hill, which provides excellent views in all directions. The grand buildings of the town lie to the north, with the Gleniffer Braes to the south. The remains of ancient earthworks, ditches and a rig system have been found within the park.
