White Hill

A summit which represents a foothill of the Pentland Hills in the S of the City of Edinburgh, White Hill rises approximately 280m (918 feet) below Caerketton Hill and immediately to the west of the Midlothian Snowsports Centre, a quarter-mile (0.5 km) south of Swanston. A strip of mixed woodland extends across the summit. There is another White Hill 1½ miles (2.5 km) to the west.
