A promontory on the south coast of the larger headland which is the Mull of Galloway in SW Dumfries and Galloway, Carrick-kee lies 4 miles (6 km) south of Drummore. It vies with Gallie Craig, a short distance to the east, as Scotland's most southerly point and most-likely wins by a distance of only 10-15m (30 - 50 feet).
