Meall Buidhe

Located north of Loch Nevis in the heart of Knoydart, in Highland, this rocky peak rises to a height of 946m (3104 feet) and qualifies as a Munro. There are two tops and the summit is the western one. The ridge to the summit is narrow and particularly rocky in places. Beallack Ille Coire and Bealach a' Choire Odhair separate this mountain from its neighbour to the east northeast, Luinne Bheinn. The name Meall Buidhe originates from Gaelic and means "yellow hill".
