Moss Water

A curious stream in North Lanarkshire, the Moss Water seems to flow from the Luggie Water between Dalshannon and Condorrat in Cumbernauld and then flows north along the western periphery of the town to enter the artificially-created Broadwood Loch. It exits the loch to the north via an overflow spillway and flows into the Board Burn in the vicinity of Drumglass to the west of Croy, having completed a course of 2½ miles (4 km). Sections of the stream are contained in culverts.
