A small industrial park in Cumbernauld (North Lanarkshire), Carbrain Industrial Estate is located a half-mile (1 km) east southeast of the town centre. Glencryan Road forms the spine of the estate, which comprises light industrial units, a bus depot, telephone exchange and a Territorial Army Centre, with a preponderance of single-storey steel-framed industrial units clad with corrugated sheet metal. Cumbernauld Station lies a quarter-mile (0.5 km) to the southwest.
