A secondary peak of the Quinag massif in the Assynt district of W Sutherland, Spidean Coinich lies to the south southwest of the summit at Sail Gharbh and rises to a height of 764m (2507 feet), thus achieving the qualification to become a Corbett. Loch Assynt lies 2 miles (3 km) to the south and Inchnadamph 4 miles (6.5 km) to the southeast.
