A stream that rises on the northern slopes of Harbour Hill in the SW of the City of Edinburgh Council Area, Clubbiedean Burn descends into Clubbiedean Reservoir receiving several other streams along the way. The same steam connects Clubbiedean Reservoir with Torduff Reservoir to the northeast. It then re-appears below the latter reservoir and continues for another quarter-mile (0.5 km) before becoming the Bonaly Burn, having completed an interrupted course of around a mile (1.6 km).
