Cuiken Burn

A stream which passes through Penicuik in Midlothian, the Cuiken Burn rises as the Lawhead Burn between Carnethy Hill and Turnhouse Hill. It flows southeast, becoming the Cuiken Burn at Terregles on the edge of Penicuik, flowing between the districts of Cuiken and Deanburn, then through Lady's Wood to fall into the River North Esk. The Cuiken Burn extends to 1⅔ miles (2.7 km).
