Carlton Fell, a broad-based hill on the coast of Glasserton parish, SE Wigtownshire, 3½ miles SW of Whithorn. It is covered with verdure, and has an altitude of 475 feet above sea-level. Laggan Camp, a large elliptical mound, is on its south-western skirt overhanging the shore.
