Parish of Turriff

Turriff is a parish, which lies in Aberdeenshire Council Area, some 14 miles (22 km) northeast of Huntly and 17 miles (27 km) west of Mintlaw in Aberdeenshire.

It is located in the old county of Aberdeenshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.

The parish has an area of 74.7 sq. km (28.8 sq. miles) and includes the settlement of Turriff. Turriff has 8 neighbouring parishes; namely Alvah, Auchterless, Forglen, Fyvie, Inverkeithny, King Edward, Marnoch and Monquhitter.
