Parish of Lochgoilhead and Kilmorich

Lochgoilhead and Kilmorich is a coastal parish, which lies in Argyll and Bute Council Area, some 15 miles (24 km) southwest of Crianlarich in Stirling and 16 miles (26 km) north of Helensburgh in Argyll and Bute.

It is located in the old county of Argyllshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.

The parish has an area of 282.9 sq. km (109.2 sq. miles). Lochgoilhead and Kilmorich has 6 neighbouring parishes; namely Arrochar, Dunoon & Kilmun, Glenorchy & Inishail, Inveraray, Killin and Strachur.
