Parish of Channelkirk

Channelkirk is a parish, which lies in the Scottish Borders Council Area, some 12 miles (19 km) south of Haddington in East Lothian and 12 miles (20 km) southeast of Bonnyrigg in Midlothian.

It is located in the old county of Berwickshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.

The parish has an area of 57.2 sq. km (22.1 sq. miles). Channelkirk has 5 neighbouring parishes; namely Fala & Soutra, Humbie, Lauder, Stow and Yester.
