Parish of Drumelzier Drumelzier is a parish, which lies in the Scottish Borders Council Area, some 10 miles (16 km) southwest of Peebles in the Scottish Borders and 15 miles (25 km) north of Moffat in Dumfries and Galloway.It is located in the old county of Peeblesshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.The parish has an area of 72.8 sq. km (28.1 sq. miles).
