Loch Chliostair

A small reservoir in North Harris in the Outer Hebrides, Loch Chliostair lies in Gleann Chliostair 2 miles (3 km) northeast of Amhuinnsuidhe. It began operating in 1961. From the dam at its southern end, the reservoir supplies water to drive a small hydro-electric power station located a half-mile (1 km) to the southwest.
