Drumfrochar Railway Station

A railway station in Greenock (Inverclyde), Drumfrochar (Gael: Druim Fhraochair) is located on the Inverclyde Line, a half-mile (1 km) south southwest of the town centre. This station was opened in 1998 and comprises a solitary platform serving a single-track line. It is preceded by Branchton Railway Station, 1¼ miles (2 km) to the west, and followed by Whinhill, a similar distance to the east southeast. Operated by ScotRail, Drumfrochar Railway Station is unstaffed and was used by 68,000 passengers in 2015.
