Cluny House

A mansionhouse dating from the 1820s in Strathtay, Perth and Kinross, Cluny House lies to the north of the River Tay, 2 miles (3 km) northeast of Aberfeldy. It has a fine 2.4 ha (6 acres) Himalayan woodland garden laid out in 1950 and managed on principles of natural regeneration without the use of weedkillers. The policies also boast Britain's widest conifer - a 130 year-old Wellingtonia with a girth of 11m (36 feet).
