Situated in Mosstodloch to the west of Fochabers in Moray, the food processing and canning factory of Baxters of Speyside produces their famous brand of Royal Game Soup and other delicacies. Originally a grocery business located in Spey Street, Fochabers, the factory at Mosstodloch began operations in 1916. A Visitor Centre, which opened in 1986, includes a demonstration theatre, an audio-visual programme and a reconstruction of the original shop. This centre attracts more than 230,000 visitors annually.
