A ruined Late Mediaeval church situated on a ridge in the Carse of Gowrie, Westown Chapel is located a quarter-mile (0.4 km) north of Westown and a mile (1.5 km) south southeast of Kinnaird. Known as the Church of the Blessed Virgin of Inchmartin, the building about 15m (49 feet) by 7m (23 feet) with strong rubble walls over a metre (3½ feet) thick. The western gable is capped by a small stone belfry. The church fell from use and was dismantled around 1800. Until recently the chapel was covered by ivy, but a project by the Perth and Kinross Heritage Trust in 2007 has seen it conserved. It is a Scheduled Ancient Monument.
The burial-ground contains a 17th-century graveslab.
