Campbell Park

A pubic park and recreation ground to the northwest of Bonaly on the edge of Edinburgh, Campbell Park is bordered by the A720 Edinburgh Bypass to the west and with the Water of Leith just to the north. Opened in 1936 and now managed by the City of Edinburgh Council, it is named after the farmer at nearby Woodhall Farm, who gifted the land to the community. The park extends to approximately 3.5 ha (8.6 acres) and is laid to grass, with cricket and football pitches, together with a play area for children.
